As the operator of the venue, we reserved the rights to be present in the premise at all times. Please note that the premise is also under CCTV monitoring.
Holding of dog training class is not allowed, unless approved by PAT Centre
Be neat with your treats (pick them up if they drop to the ground!)
Respect others’ use of time; only enter the facility when it is your scheduled time, and leave when your slot is over. Usage is strictly on hourly basis including your setting up and packing up.
Do ensure all lights and fans are turn off before leaving. Failing which, for every hour the lights and fans are left on, you will be charged $10 per hour.
If there is no booking immediately after you, please ensure the doors are locked, you will be held liable to any damage and lost of items in the facility in the event that the facility was left unsecured.
Do not leave your personal items/belongings within the facility unsupervised Dog and/or handler, must be trained in agility for individual training, or should otherwise be supervised by a trained instructor. Please be careful with the use of equipments, you may be asked to compensate any damages to the facilities/infrastructure/items caused by you.
PAT Centre reserves the right to cancel bookings made as it deems fit & necessary. The reservation will be credited to your account for future booking if payment has already been made
Do allow your dogs to potty before proceeding in to the facility. Also remember to give them frequent potty breaks during the booking. Should an accident occur: There is enzyme cleaner on both sides of the agility facility, please blot up what you can with a supplied pee pad and then apply a liberal amount of enzyme cleaner
